Told you I wanted to draw a gryphon again. And so I did. Finally. ='3I sooooo missed oekaki. I'm kind of glad I didn't get rusty on it or anything. 'Cause then it would've taken me even longer to draw this one for sure.
I'm really happy with how the gryphon turned out (yep, a snowgryphon again
). Less happy with the background, because I kind of rushed through it and because snow is mighty hard to draw. Plus it was 8 am already and I really kind of had to go to bed. ='3*wants to see more gryphons around here on DA* ;3

Pas als hij af is kunt ge hem submitten op de site. Maar nee, ge kunt dus niet gewoon zoals bij photoshop ofzo geween eventjes opslaan en verderwerken.

Oekaki kan je gewoon op het internet doen (www.oekakicentral.com bijvoorbeeld, of google maar eens naar oekaki). En ik spendeer toch wel verschillende uren aan zoiets. Ik ben nogal traag en snel afgeleid, dus zo'n tekening staat soms een hele dag (of enkele dagen) open op mijn computer. ='3

What I love about this is that it looks so real. There's no real seperation between feather and fur, which seriously makes it look realistic. Some people draw gryphons, and they just look like lion butts coming out of eagles.

Wow!! I didn't even know it was possible to give such depth and fluffyness to fur - you certainly haven't lost your touch... in fact, you seem to keep on getting better somehow! ='D Really, your fantasy creatures are fantastic! Gryphons look complicated to draw though; perhaps you could provide a mini tutorial or something to encourage people to try them out, lol
Aww, and I love the mood in this one ^o^ The scary ominous-ness is very convincing, like in all your other fantasy drawings too. Lol, I wonder what a *cheerful* fantasy would look like in your style ;D
And finally I think the bg looks wonderful; snow is indeed extremely hard to draw but you don't seem to have any trouble with it at all, I envy you *____* Gorgeous image, I was hoping you'd hurry up and post this here so I could fav it ^_____^
Oooh yes, and nice animation on this one! hee hee, it's nice to see you having a bit of fun, even though it almost seemed like psychotically giddy fun for a while, what with the crazy little snowman and the "WHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!" ='3
