Sure! I made some time ago, so I don't have the exact pattern but, you don't really need a specific pattern, I used a Skelanimal head (in this case the cat) and the Gloomy bear body
- in one pattern made the shape of the head (in OVAL! the ears should be in another piece)
And cut 2 pieces of this pattern
- in other the white part (cut just one)
- in other the ears, (place this piece between the two ovals of the head (front and back sides) I recommend you to make just a piece for both ears, but I don't really know how to explain it :S (just one piece)
- And the piece for the body (cut two pieces of this pattern)ATENTION! as you can see, this plus has no NECK, BUT in the pattern you will draw something like a "neck" so, with this part you can sew the body together with the head easier -of course when you sew it the "neck" will not be visible anymore I recommend you to use Polar Fleece, Since it's softer than others fabrics that's the one I use it, I hope this can help a little good luck with your plushie!!

*NOTE the heart should be sewn to the front part of the body before you sew together both parts of the body, and the same for white part (on the "face)"

I hope the stitches of this plush are visible you'll sew it in the outside
