Parents: ♂Snowsparkle the Water Jirachi, ♀Twinkle the Shiny Dragon Victini. (same as Stardust the Manaphy Jirachi. -Lorale Manaphy's BF)
Friends: Sol, Aura, Lorale, Celebi, Axis, Alphachu, Stardust and Petunia.(chespin GF)

Cousins: Lilli (good future Lilli), Jirri, little Victini, and Yalini.
Bro and sis: Starreon, Serena, Stardust and Dreameon.

Personality: A very cheerful and playful, but sometimes cheeky Pokemon.
The colourful staff he's holding is a Dream Staff, powered by a Mega Stone or a Dream Stone. Tinsel Is my Favourite of my O.Cs.. :3

The Dream Staff can also give a random boost to each base Stat.
(Design: Stars under legs, blue Dragonite/Charizard Wings, Long Red Dragonite tail, Dream Stone of light in forehead and mostly veerrry fluffy all over.)

When Tinsel Was Born, Tinsel Used to be a baby Shiny Victini. He was abandoned a few Months later because of his Immense Power. Tinsel was raised by his older Brother Starreon and Sister Dreameon to help around her castle as a non pop Pokémon balloon maker and Guard of the Castle.
He Has a Balloon form too, That when inflated big enough, His body becomes hotter than the Sun. Tinsel Loves Going out fun places and Enjoys playing with Toys and with Friends. (He was made after a Shiny one I Caught ages ago during the event, but Pokémon Bank happened.. and I Couldn't Transfer him. )

He used to Be In love With Yalini once, but now he remains as BFFs.
The Dream Staff is able to: balloonify Pokémon, help use Attacks that can't be learned normally, Transform Pokémon, Inflate them, Create Worlds and so much more!

Moves: V-create, Precipice Blades, Dream storm (110 Power, May cause Sleep) & Solar Eruption. (1HKO. 45 Accuracy)
Abilities: Victory star, Prankster & Dream guard. (Ignores stat debuffs, Self Debuffs and ailments, except Self Stat ailments.. Simply put, Don't use Moves that lower your stats.)
