History: She was born prematurely in critical condition and has been sickly ever since. She has two older sisteres who take good care of her, but the eldest has left home recently for schooling. Alannah has been sheltered all of her life to the point that she is highly sensitive to the sun and to noise. She was born with animal-based magic that gives her cat-like ears and a tail at will, but she cannot yet control it. Recently, the younger of her sisteres died her hair without their parents' permission in an attempt to liven thing up a bit.
