For some reason I've never picture Missingno to be a bird...Missingo

It's is advised not to go near it for it will mess permanently mess up all technological appliances you have on hand. (And in a world like our today that relies heavily on technology imagine how devastating hat would be)

truth is missingno was rumored to be....Rotom before having its form shown. well that's my thought.

Your theory actually makes sense. Rotom also has a nack for messing up electrical appliances like Missingno. People could have confused the two,

Ahh Missingo, how mysterious you are, more so than Mew, which to me is one mysterious Pokemon.
Anyway, I'd say this one you got here is very good, I like that, sort of, grainy, TV like effect around the legs and back.

Mew isn't THAT mysterious. Everyone and their mom owns one. Including me. Missingno on the other hand is much more mysterious.
That grainy effect was very easy, yet effective.
