UPDATES
-So here's her revamped picture. I don't think this is the best coloring I've done for her, but I'm being so angry with the gimp program I have. I save something one night, and in the morning, the program can't even open the file and I always get an error >^<

I've outlined her 3 times already and started shading, but it keeps doing the same thing so I decided to do the dodge and burn technique since it's faster. I think when I have time I'll try again in coloring it better. Hope you guys like her new look. I do miss her old one though.

And another new addition into her life, she's gained a new pet; A cute little male Caterpie that she saved from a hungry Spearow one day as she was going on her morning stroll. She's named him Felix lol

PERSONALITY
Phyllali loves putting smiles on peoples' faces, especially on childrens’. She has grown a positive outlook in life even in bleak times, and lives each day to the fullest to the best of her ability. She hasn't completely merged with her pokemon yet so there are moments when some of her Leafeon's quirks, like sun-bathing during naps, shows itself; though, Phyllali is starting to incoorperate these habits as her own. She can't hear her pokemon in her head anymore, but can still feel the Leafeon's presence every now and then.

It takes no effort to get along with Phyllali, but it does take time for her to really let someone in due to her traumatic childhood. She has grown to be very patient with people, but when someone breaks through and sends her over the edge, you can be sure she will have a nasty grudge on you. When all restraints are loose, you better watch out, because once she retaliates, she comes back with enough force to scare even a rampaging Gyarados into submission.

Phyllali hates apples. The food source at the orphanage basically revolved around them to the point of being sickening. She nearly died choking on one when she was 4 and had several escapades on being 'poisoned' in later years. She finally swore off them when her elder brother, Render, told her a fairytale story about how a beautiful princess ‘died’ due to apple poisoning and how an apple tempted Eve to pluck it from the Tree of New Beginnings when she was told not to take anything from it - clearly ignoring the Seviper as the villain in the story. She saw fit that apples were evil. Ironically enough she's okay with consuming apple flavoring foods.

So everyone, remember NEVER to give her an apple as any kind of offering, because she'll happily mutilate it in front of you into an unidentified pool of mush.

Being called 'ugly' or 'not pretty' repetitively by the bullies that harassed her as a child, Phyllali has pretty low self-esteem when it comes to physical looks. Phyllali was born mute. She is the third youngest of 8 orphan siblings whom originated from the kingdom of Elpis to a family of Eevee breeders. Their mother died a year after Phyllali's youngest sibling, Ijyuuin, was born, due to an incurable illness. Their father soon followed 3 years later after a terrible carriage accident. Phyllali had been part of the incident which eventually led to her inability to use her legs. Her father had saved her from death, but at the cost of his own. Phyllali had blamed herself since then and had lost the ability to smile. They were taken to the nearby orphanage, and were told that they would be staying there until their eldest brothers, Render and Blitz, were 16 and found stable working jobs.

*FRIEND*
Phyllali's depressed state lasted until she recieved her young Eevee partner. The female Eevee was a birthday present from her siblings after she hatched from an egg bred by her late parent's Espeon and Umbreon - who stayed with their owner's children to look after them. The Eevee managed to regain Phyllali's smile, and both have been inseperable from that moment on. She evolved into a Leafeon when Phyllali turned 10.

Leafeon was Phyllali's best and only real friend (if you didn't count her siblings) as a child, due to the fact that she couldn't speak, couldn’t walk, and had a weak body. She was the perfect target for some of the other children to tease and bully -nothing physical, just name callings, so her siblings and her parents' Pokemon were very protective of her. Because of this, she had always been dependent on them, especially to her younger twin sister, Juna.

*GIJINKA*
At the age of 11 was when the turning point in her life began, when a bullying had gotten too far. She was sitting quietly by the river, her Leafeon, brother Render, and sister Juna, napping just a few feet away, when she was suddenly surrounded by her daily abusers. The outcome caused her to be pushed back into the fast moving river. Shocked and frightened on what they had just done, like cowards, the bullies ran away. By that time, both her Leafeon and siblings had woken up with all the rukus. Alarmed with Phyllali being washed away from the river, the two siblings rushed to save her.

To everyone’s fear, a waterfall was fast approaching, and Phyllali helplessly tried to paddle away, but it was futile. Being the first one to catch up, Leafeon dived into the river and grabbed her friend's sleeve with her teeth before both fell from the waterfall. Horrified, both siblings looked over the falls to catch any sight of the two. Just then a bright light burst out faintly at the bottom of the river. With curiosity and hope, both Gijinka siblings found a pathway that took them safely down the waterfall cliffs.

What they found amazed them. A glowing Phyllali was sitting down in a bed of clovers and flowers on a little island in front of the falls, changed for the rest of her life. During the drop from the falls, Leafeon had bonded with her owner in order to save their lives. But that wasn’t what only shocked them. Phyllali had looked at them with happy tears when she opened her mouth and spoke out their names. Not only that, she stood up and ran to them with a smile that rivaled the shine of the sun.

Both her siblings by this point were crying a river and shout out joyously of the miracle that had transpired. Phyllali told them the miracle was due to Leafeon’s special ability to produce clean air all around her. The ability transferred over to her and cleared the ‘toxins' that caused her disabilities, enabling her body to become clean and healthy. That night was a joyous occasion in the orphanage for Phyllali and her siblings.

*DREAM*
A troupe of entertainers from the kingdom of Oneiros had come to visit Elpis when she was 8. Their arrival had sparked the ideal job she wished to take as her future career. All the joyous laughter, the wonderful singers, the beautiful dancers, and the great story tellers warmed her heart like nothing before. She wanted to be a part of that community who put smiles on those peoples' faces. The same troupe had visited again a year after her bonding with Leafeon. Now 14, and with the gain of her legs after so many years, her desire to become a known dancer returned.

She had heard recently that Oneiros didn't take anymore immigrants since the quota had been met, so she turned her sights on the new kingdom of the moon. She hopes that that place will accept her, despite her chosen profession. Knowing that she was able to live out her dream now, Phyllali finally told the orphanage caretaker and her siblings about her wish to move to the new kingdom. They were grateful that Phyllali was healthy enough to travel and that she finally knew what path to take in life, but were a bit nervous since Phyllali was still too young to be on her own.

That was when her brother, Render who was now 16, finally offered to move with her to Tunlio until she was able to fend for herself before returning to Elpis. Worried herself, Juna demanded to come as well. Accepting the arrangement, and after many heartful goodbyes, Phyllali, Juna, and Render left Elpis the morning after.
