Beautiful work, I couldn't do anything like it. xD The only issue I have is it looks like where the tail and the fin at the end of the tail, well they don't look like they'd flow into eachother properly id you get any idea of what I'm trying to say xD Lemme try to sum it up better, when the tail width gets thinner, the part where it's the thinnest before the tail fin is connected looks like it could've been a tad thicker?
I really shouldn't complain, but I was hoping from one artist to another, though I'm no where if your skill, that a little critique is always good to keep one another on their toes, so to speak.
I think I plan to do a Pokemon drawing spree soon. I just hope I can actually follow through xD
