I suppose you could call this a photo-manipulation xP It's basically just painted over a photograph. I was inspired by 's fantastic photo-manips
I know this isn't even close to what she does but I wanted to give it a go none the less. The grass is terribly rushed and the picture is a little on the small side - I accidentally resized it too early on D:
