"If we were gods, then nothing would shake us."
Personality:
the words with a underline is known as key-words in her personality, if you want to describe her behavior in short words, it would be those ones;
Reflective
Aeluni is a deeply reflective wolf, constantly immersed in her thoughts and contemplations about life and the world around her. She has an inquisitive mind and a natural ability to analyze situations and ideas thoughtfully. Instead of making impulsive decisions, she prefers to carefully weigh all possibilities before taking action. She is an exceptional listener, always willing to hear others out and understand their viewpoints. This active listening skill makes her packmates feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and feelings with her, seeking advice and perspectives. At times, Aeluni's reflective personality may make her appear reserved or introverted, but she cherishes the company of close friends and family with whom she can share her musings and engage in meaningful discussions. Aeluni values honesty and sincerity, often becoming a loyal and trustworthy friend. She dislikes superficiality and seeks genuine connections with her friends. While reflection is a defining trait of her personality, Aeluni is also someone who seeks balance. She knows that in certain situations, it is important to act swiftly, and she has learned to find the middle ground between introspection and mindful action, she is a sensitive soul who brings depth and meaning to her interactions and experiences.
Resilient
Aeluni is remarkably resilient, capable of facing adversities and challenges with courage and determination. She possesses an extraordinary ability to bounce back quickly after encountering difficulties and overcome obstacles that come her way. Her resilient mindset helps her see situations in a positive light, even when circumstances are tough. She doesn't get easily shaken by setbacks or failures and instead uses these experiences as opportunities for learning and personal growth. Aeluni's adaptability is impressive, she adjusts to changes with ease and flexibility, embracing new situations with an open mind and a positive attitude. This skill allows her to thrive in dynamic and ever-changing environments (just like Almos).
Compassionate
Over the years, Aeluni has developed compassionate wisdom, understanding that everyone has their struggles and that small acts of kindness can have a significant impact on others lives. She believes that through compassion, we can create a more caring and harmonious island, even if peace seems to be a distant concept in this place. She is naturally empathetic and has a warm heart that deeply cares about the well-being of others. Always ready to offer support and help, she is known for her kindness and understanding.
Implosive
While many wolves are explosive, showing their anger visibly and even venting it on someone, Aeluni is the opposite: she is implosive. Her negative feelings keep accumulating within her until they reach a critical point where she simply isolates herself in some hidden place and... explodes. It could be through tears, scratching rocks, running until her lungs burn and her heart feels like it's going to leap out of her mouth. On the outside, Aeluni personifies patience, resilience, and motherhood. She can face adversity with serenity and handle the toughest situations with admirable calmness. Her warm and understanding presence is a safe haven for those around her. However, even the purest hearts end up becoming tainted with the weight of suppressed emotions. Behind her calm facade, Aeluni harbors an internal storm that needs to be released somehow. It's as if she carries the burden of all the problems deep within, without allowing herself to express the frustrations and sorrows that afflict her. When this internal pressure becomes unbearable, she retreats to an isolated place where she can give vent to her pent-up emotions. These moments of explosion are necessary for her to purify her soul and relieve herself of the accumulated burden. Aeluni is a complex wolf, whose ability to endure and care for others is remarkable, but she also needs to learn to care for herself. Learning to express her emotions in a healthy way without completely isolating herself can be a challenge, but it is an essential journey to find a healthier emotional balance. She is a sensitive soul with deep layers of feelings, and finding ways to release these emotions constructively can help her grow and flourish in her journey of self-awareness and self-discovery.
More about her:
- Final Vigil
- On the night her mother passed away, Aeluni still remembers sleeping beside her body, just as she always did. It is said that sleeping next to someone who has just died allows them a final farewell through a dream, whether it's true or not, she remembers dreaming of a beautiful sunny day where she was a puppy again, running joyfully with her mother in a gorgeous, endless purple garden with a big, vibrant tree. The air was so pure, her lungs felt so light that she felt like she could float, she never saw her mother happier, but then she sank back to reality, back to Almos, and with a sorrowful howl, she left her mother's body behind.
Relationships:
- Mother: Una (NPC - deceased)
- Father: Betov (NPC - deceased)
Backstory:
🔸The First Split - Aeluni's story doesn't begin precisely with her, instead, it starts with her parents: Una and Betov, they joined Osirus and followed the flow of history.
🔸Fracture - Aeluni was born! She was born in the summer of 2020 in July, 2 years and 7 months after The First Split; it was when she was still a pup that Taika was founded.
🔸Until present day - Aeluni was born shortly after Taika was founded. She doesn't know much about her parents' past, but she knows that her mother didn't get along with the Kols, but her father joined Morgur and her mother loved her father so much to let him go alone, so she followed him and tried hard to conciliate her mind with the Taikas' peacefull way of think. Aeluni's father was the best example of patience she could have had, her mother would always poke at him about being peaceful as something weak, but she would only whisper it to him because no other way of life, except for a peaceful one, would be accepted in Taika territory. So, to stay with her beloved, she needed to restrain her hatred and show a willingness to maintain peace. Aeluni always had a spirit more similar to her father's, so it was common for her to spend more time with her paternal figure than with her mother. With her mother whispering on one side that peace would only make Taika disappear, and on the other side, her father whispering that Taika would never cease to exist because there would always be those who dream of peace, Aeluni developed a balanced mindset between recognizing that peace is the only path for the wolves' continuity on this island, but sometimes, it is also necessary to have a strong will and an immaculate mind.
She couldn't spend much time with her father, as he died in what seemed to be the fury of the sea on the island, dispersing their pack and leaving her without a father. However, she never truly felt alone during the time she spent in Skydas after being found by the pack patrol. Her mother became very silent after the loss of her mate, and Aeluni preferred to leave her in her thoughts, as talking never seemed to help, but even though her mother was very distant from her, Aeluni loved her deeply and always started monologues so as not to leave herself alone with her thoughts.
In the weeks that followed the flood, even though she was young, Aeluni helped with the pack's reunification, returning to their territory destroyed by the water to search for survivors. She spent a lot of time searching for her father, but with no luck. Aeluni always listened attentively to the stories about the supposed magic surrounding the island, and she never doubted its existence. She spends a lot of time pondering about all the mystical occurrences on the island and, like many other wolves, she tries to understand the signs.
She is neutral with wolves from all packs, but she is particularly friendly with the Skydas due to the time she spent sheltered there. As a pup, Aeluni was always very playful, considered even a pebble under her pack's paw, as she followed her playmates here and there, daring to come up with slightly dangerous games for pups, climbing trees or blindly running across the territory. She had a knack for getting others to follow her somewhat questionable antics, and due to these occurrences, she was a pup who was almost always in trouble for doing something risky. It's hard to believe that she was once a mischievous pup, given how calm she is now. In the present days she likes to spend time under The First Tree, thinking about the life and current events in the island, she likes when someone joins her to spend time together, it's not good to be alone in Almos, there is no loner wolf who would survive, and for "loner wolf" she means the one who is in a pack, but don't do nothing to leave their mark in the history, she doesn't want to be like this, she wants her friends to remember her, she wants the pups of her friends to remember who she was and how she lived, she wants to be a good example for the youngs, she wants to make them see that war and violence is not the right way to solve problems, if you're not a visible wolf in the lifes of those around you, then when you die you will just disappear from this world, no one will even remember or mour your death, and this idea freak her out. In the deep of her soul she once thought that wolves where supposed to be gods, but now? She learned that their lifes pass quickly through this world, anything can kill a wolf, so are they really supposed to be gods? She keeps this question for herself, hoping that one day she or someone else will make the wolves from this island see how fragile they are.
She knows her pack is pacifist and doesn't mind the bussines of other packs, but she also believes that this pacific behaviour never brought nothing good for the Taikas', it didn't spared them from get killed by misterious and someway magic things, so she doesn't know how her pack would react to a violent future, and actually she doesn't know how she would react because she doesn't know violence, she doesn't know how to be hostile or apathic, she has a good nature and she fears what this island is capable to do with the clawless ones. But she also knows that her pack survived too many obstacles, they mourned too many lifes, but they are still good and help the needed one, this gives her hope.
Aeluni may be young, but that didn't spare her from witnessing great adversities. Moreover, she was well taught by her parents about the history of the island and the wolves; she is not a novice when it comes to the island's events and may even be better informed than many who have witnessed important events, but of course, having learned about the past of all packs is not the same as knowing everything as well as those who actually experienced it. Many of the stories told to her by her parents led her to interpret the island's past in her own way, but she doesn't like to talk much about the past. In fact, stories tend to bore her, and she prefers to talk about the future. She's also a big fan of gossip, and she can't be subtle about it. Her need for wisdom and new ways of seeing different horizons can be a good thing but sometimes she thinks if her positive behavior is something good or something that would hurt her someday. As she acquired wisdom through her packmates she developed curious thoughts about magic and gods - were the wolves truly meant to be gods? Aeluni actually believes that the island holds control over everything and everyone, and that the wolves are, in fact, a part of the island; they will never be more or less than that. Perhaps magic makes them powerful, but she believes that trying to claim everything for themselves could lead the wolves to ruin.
