It has now been three years since Pokémon Sword and Shield has been released.

The games aren’t perfect but they’re still amazing. I know people out there are still going to consider this one of the worst Pokémon games ever, but for me, I don’t care, I love the games. Once Scarlet/Violet is released, I’ll still be going back to my Shield game.

And of course, it wouldn’t be without my Pokémon Shield team, which I call, The Shield Crew. This team is special to me. Perhaps it’s because I kept my promise to stick with what I chose to start with in the beginning. Previous games, I tend to switch around or just stick with my starter, or add in the legendary near the end. But I’m glad I stuck by them.

So once Scarlet and Violet come out and with a new team of 6, the Shield Crew isn’t going anywhere. Nothing will replace these guys. Although I do wish I explore more into their backgrounds and history with each other, specifically, the entire journey through Galar. I know I’ve been heavily behind on the Isle of Armor story and I did originally planned two more extra chapters after the final battle against Mustard. I’ve been wondering if I could do a Crown Tundra story next? There are many other characters too that their backgrounds weren’t explored yet. Who knows?

But I do love my team a lot
