He traced it from the manga... That's all this "eggmanrules" guy does. <__<
If you take a look at the video (more importantly the manga vol.16) Goku's saying to piccolo "This battle's mine!" or "I'll win this one!" (Many translations).
That's why his wristband is missing, since he took 'em off, due to the weight (20kilogram's each).
