Cutman is, without a doubt.. the awesomest one of the lesser baddies in that cartoon. With his constant puns of "I'm a real cut up!" and "i'm going to make paper dolls out of you!" you just HAVE to love him. I salute you, for he is awesome in your artisticalness.

CutMan and the rest of Wily's robot masters looked cool on the old show. But MegaMan with muscles was NOT cool, it was scary and he was overall a big dummy cuz he'd always seem to run out of energy at the most inconvenient times.
