Character concept:

He's a a cunning and free inhabitant of the hidden wastelands, loves to turn into a human form and descend into the people's world, infiltrating their society and seizing power, having fun until he's bored of a country he came to and then disappears as quickly as appeared. He tries to understand human fashion, therefore he collects various clothes that can be obtained in the human world, and is extremely supportive of the people who create clothes for him. Often wears incongruous things but is proud of them. Uses air magic to move around, has some extremely poisonous spikes on body, fluorite stone inlays on the wings.
