i get idea for this pic from Evangelion apisode 24.when Shinji kill Kaworu by himself.
Shinji press Kaworu by Eva 01's hand.
...
i saw the film i think Shinji so upset to do that.
he did it because he hasn't choice.
so he kill his best friend....really poor shinji&Kaworu.
but i like this scene^^
oh...it's first time that i draw EVA01,if some detail wrong i apologize.V_V

I love your idea, if it had been even Kaworu's head, I would love to see Shinji collecting it as in the scene, I would remember much Salome with the head of John the Baptist (sorry for primary digress), in any case your work is fantastic congratulations.

shiji did the right thing killing kaworu, because that way shinji wasnt any selfish, because kaworu wanted to die, and if he doesnt kill him third impact will ocur, and the world that shinji want will apear, doing that, shinji would be very selfish.

This is such a beautiful image. When Shinji killed Kaworu it was heartbreaking and you really did capture the aftermath so beautifully. The fact that we can't really see Shinji and Kaworu and instead see the emotion through 01 really makes this piece so amazingly powerful to me. Great work!

this pic is awesome... and my eyes did get wet from that scene... to kill your friend (love?) by your eva's hand... and think about it... later in the OVA, when huge-white-winged-rei comes in front of eva01, shinji gets horrified, but gets calmed when kaworu came instead of rei... he was, in my opinion, quite relieved to see him instead of the huge-white-winged-rei even though kaworu himself was also huge-white-winged...

That moment in Evangelion had a good use of the long scene of inaction. It only added to the tension, and you've done a great interpretation of what it would have been like straight afterwards.

This is very well done, and of course this maybe what shinji did after he killed Tabris (can't spell his other name).
Uh, you wanted about tdetail in the EVA, if I read correct? I think the Entry Plug is too much at a perpendicualr angle to the Unit-01's body, it is kinda more like a 39 to 45 to the Eva's Spine (read it somewhere).
I like it though, something the Anime should have shown in the aftermath of Tabris's death by Shinji's hand.
