"What shall we do with her?" he asked. The boy turned, and studied the tangle of wires and skin that hung, dripping in the man's hand. It was the thing's head, he realized. Turning fully, he frowned at the broken creature."Her?" he echoed. "There's no 'her'." And he turned away again.
"Get rid of it," he commanded his servant. "It's nothing but pieces now." The man bowed his head.
"As you wish."
