Willowglen's main entrance and office are located in front of the Performance section, where all visitors to the farm must notify administration of them being there. This is the farm's main control center, and has easy access for competitors at shows to the Guest Area and the Performance complex. The staff quarters are also located adjacent to the main office, and free parking is provided.

Behind the office buidlings lies Willowglen's two large stadiums, one fully enclosed indoor arena (with heating for the winter months) and an outdoor complex with large grandstands. Both stadiums have easy access via road, and trailer loading areas.

Attached to the second staff building, the Performance Clinic is one of the many veterinary buildings located throughout the grounds. This clinic is devoted to the needs of any injuries sustained within the Performance section, as it will provide the swiftest location for care and produce minimum stress on the injured or unwell animal. It is also used to treat any visiting horses should they fall ill during their stay.

Behind the Stadiums, there are two smaller outdoor arenas, which are used for smaller classes during shows or working performance horses in training. These arenas are roughly a third of the size of the stadiums each. These arenas separate the Performance Mare and Stallion stables, which house Willowglen horses who are currently in training. This allows the farm to run efficiently, rather than transport horses around on such a large estate.

Out the back are the Performance Pastures - dedicated to housing Willowglen's performers exclusively. There is one large communal paddock for the mares, and two medium large paddocks for stallions. One of these has been dedicated to Willowglen's star stallion Ibn Inshalla. There are also 14 individual paddocks to house other stallions or unruly mares.

Just beside these is the residence of Willowglen's owner, Stacey Jones. The house provides studding views over the Performance Pastures, and the woodland endurance trails.
