Wow, Great composition. Only thing I would change is the subject should be a little lower and to the right in a more appealing position, the focus of the picture by your description should be the Mosque, which is visually the most noticeable, but with the positioning of the image it seems that more focus was put on the rocky shore leading up to the island that the Mosque is located on, with even more focuse being placed on the closest outcrop to the camera, which with the highlights does steal the focus from the subject of the picture, and was the first thing I noticed in the picture. Still over all this is a really fine photograph.
