From the 3rd Den-O movie: Final Countdown

Ryotaro is taken over by the Ghost Imagin and with a belt in hand is able to Henshin into Kamen Rider Yuuki -Skull Form- ancient skeleton themed armor

Skulls form's Full Charge is Terminate Flash where Yuuki uses the Ghost Imagin blade to stab the ground and send a shockwave towards his opponent.

I thought Yuuki looked pretty cool, especially the blue flames that appeared before the parts assembled the armor. I didn't realize until later that creativity wasn't so important as Yuuki's overall design is based off the Ore Tanjou rider: Kamen Rider Gaoh.

In the end I don't think it mattered and this one was really fun to draw, I couldn't find a good rust color for the train-track scarf and stuff but it wound up looking pretty evil
