Okee... we've established that "Red" is an asshole who is unworthy of you... "Blue" is just plain weird and I get that you think he's okay (I'm pretty sure he's who I'm thinking of) but I think he's just horny... It all depends, chica. If they guy in yellow has expressed in other ways that he might be interested in you, then he might actually interested in more than friendship. If the guy in yellow hasn't...maybe he's just a good friend and might have a perspective on the decent guys that you aren't aware of.
The third possibility is that he doesn't want anything more right now, but detests the idea of someone moving in on his "girl". Despite thousands of years of evolution, my gender has not grown out of it's basic territorialism.
Honestly though, the question isn't does he like you, its do you like him. If you do, do something about it. If he likes you back, he'll respond. If he doesn't then at least you know where he stands on that issue for sure. If you aren't into him...well then, isn't this entire discussion moot.
