Sheik of Ocarina of Time fame in plush form.He just happens to go along with all of the other Zelda plushies I've got floating around. Unlike Link, Sheik doesn't have any metal armature sewn into hm, making him extra bendy for all those sick back flips that he was born to do.

The cap is white strips of felt wound around the top of Sheik's head, as per reference photos. I did a couple short strips width-wise across the top of the head and then wrapped a longer piece around the edges to make it a little more secure looking, then stitched together.
