She is from "Little Witch Academia". It's about a little girl Akko chasing her dreams to learn magic. She is not very talented so she studied very hard. It's a warm and inspiring story.^__^

Yeah, that's a nice story. It's like one of those old comics (like sports comics or the guy who wanted to be the best sushi chef...) where people win because of hard work. I miss that kind of stories, really. They were more about how normal people can be great if they work hard. It's too bad we don't see too many of those stories anymore.
Yeah... just like Hermione. Smart and pretty!
