- November 2022, Denver International Airport (KDEN) -I scheduled a ground tour of DEN with some of my students. It was fantastic! They let us off the bus in all kinds of cool places. We had the really unique opportunity to stand on a closed runway, the vantage point from which this photo of the airport was taken. From left to right: maintenance hangars, the control tower (on top of C Gates), B gates, A Gates, the bridge to A Gates from the terminal, the iconic terminal building, and the Westin hotel.
