Denver had a good summer for warbirds. Two different chapters of The Commemorative Air Force came through town. First came FIFI the B-29 (and company) on the north end of town. A week later, Texas Raiders the B-17 (and company) came through the south end of town.

I've crossed paths with FIFI once before, while airborne. www.deviantart.com/eightyator/… It was nice to have an opportunity to see her up close, well worth the $20 ticket. Although, it was busy, so getting photos without people in them was a careful process.
