I think I like this version the best. It has a very nice colour scheme and the rain spices things up.
His hair doesn't look that wet, though. And this looks like real hard rain, so it should be soaked. Wet hair can be a pain to draw, but I personally always liked to see characters where the hair really changes when it's wet.
I think maybe the eyes are a little too white. Maybe it could have used the same colours as the leg bandages. As it is now the eyes stands out a lot by having this much pure white in them (if that was what you wanted to achieve it's working perfectly, though).

I wanted det eyes to stand out, I didn't liked them when they were more dark(they were more dark before I made them white). I made Narutos hair a bit soaked, but you're probally right about it, it doesn't look wet ._.' but I like Narutos spikey hair ._.'

Well, on iconic characters like Naruto, if probably can be hard to change hair as well. I mean, "they just doesn't look right".

Regnen fungerer meget godt, men savner dog ringene i vandet, hvor de rammer. ^^ Og måske også at vandet tynger lidt mere ned i det strittende hår.

Ville også lave ringe i vandet, men de ville ikke samarbejde ._.' Måske tilføjer jeg dem senere, hvis de vil samarbejde der o.O

Kender jeg godt. Det der med samarbejdsviljen fra photoshop er nogen gange svær at opnå, men tror du har ret i, at det ville være en idé at vente til senere og så prøve igen. ^^
