Dear DA StaffI got some note that someone reported my "I Hate Bella" deviation is an art theft and having no permission, Then u guys deleted it without seeing the WIP
If drawing a movie poster considered as an art stealing, then all deviation using movie poster as a reference image should be deleted.
ps: Anyone who report it, I hope you happy... but I fight back bitch! But if it's you Bella, no heart feeling, okay. I just hate you because you're so beautiful. So I've changed the title

I'm sorry guys, I should use this images instead, I think that re-posting the deviation, wont be a good way to fight back. I might get banned.
Today, I get so mad and I didn't even using any logical thinking to re-post it.
So here's what I did; I wrote back to the dA staff, and ask them to reconsider it. Until then, all I have to do is.... this. I hate waiting!

Hey, I don't know if you ever heard this or not but back when this was an issue I spoke to $chix0r about this and I was told it was actually the original photographer of the poster who wanted your image removed and made the request. And actually, that's legal and well within his rights since recreating the poster is under the 'fair use" laws. But it was unfair that DA labeled you as an art thief when you weren't. I just thought you'd want to know, it wasn't jealousy or anything. A bunch of image related to the poster that were too close to it had to be removed.

That's actually kinda cool... The original photography saw the image and it scared them so much that they wanted it taken down! I expect they were so amazed at her talent that they were worried people would like her drawing more than the original poster or something

I am thoroughly confused as to why your original drawing was deleted... as far as art theft goes, when you're drawing something it can't be art theft because you're re-creating it as a drawing. As long as you credit the original image you should had been fine. There's been some seriously disturbed and angry Twilight fans running around reporting everything they find that has anything to do with Twilight wherein they assumed that whatever it was was "stolen". However DA is full of drawings, paintings, vector art, etc.. that are all renderings of original photographs or images (in most cases like yours they are characters from movies, shows, books, comics.. etc). And there's never been a problem with it before. In your case I would had directly noted someone from DA staff and rested your case.. as there is nothing I'm aware of in DA rules that states doing a drawing from characters from a movie is against policy. If you browse through the most popular art on the site, you'll find tons of artist renderings of Disney characters, etc.

I'm sorry to hear that. The only advice I can offer
is to contact them through the help desk and inquire as to
why your piece was deleted. There should be an option in the help
desk directly for those kind of questions.
