very dynamic! a bit scary too, as the birds are taking over the holiday resort (all the doors are closed, one cant see if its summer or autumn or winter)

nice capture of the flight of birds . Sky looks so clear and crisp , shadows of the birds in the sand are fine detail .. there´s some unnatural stillness in the image , ´cos all the details are so clear . That´s not a bad thing thought , it underlines the abstract qualities of the image and adds some dreamlike effect , moving it towards surreal .
Those boxes on the beach ( i can´t think cohorent english name for them ) cut the composition in the middle disturbing the illusion of space and bring the image even more out of reality , towards abstraction and dreamy surreal . They also remind of your usual style of industrial abstraction .
I think this will be all , before my brain explodes . Thank you .

the birds give a strange effect, indeed. almost as if they were glued on the surface of a print.
which is not true of course. they were just very excited as i threw them some of my fries which i had bought at the place mentioned in the artist's comment space

Dieses sieht so "Fünfziger-", etwa "Sechzigerjahre" aus, vielleicht wegen amerikanischer Filme, in denen man oft am Strand die Zeit verbrachte, vielleicht wegen Pin-up-Plakate... allerdings retro - und ich mag retro.

Mmmh - bist Du sicher mit dem Retro-Touch ??? Aber ein Pin-up - Modell hätte ich auch noch gerne mit drauf gebracht. Die standen da alle rum, liessen sich aber nicht mit Fritten füttern
