i mean all the different sizes of rectangles - those outlined by the dark beams are larger on the left, smaller on the right; also those of the windows and individual panes are larger on the left, smaller on the right. it's something i think about in collage, similar shapes in different sizes, to enhance the composition. it's kind of a crescendo or diminuendo effect. (it's also happening here with "V" shapes from small to large.)
