my first mermaid for ...years? D: its time again lol^^hm dont have much to say ...i love the colour teal^^
drawing and colouring this piccie was fun except for the hair ... ugh ill never draw hair like that... colouring something like this is really horrible
while drawing i remembered a story from a book where a mermaid married a human and had children with him but she got unhappier and unhappier because she missed her home and finally she returned to the sea ... she had white skin like milk and black hair like algae...i wanted my mermaid to look a bit like her^^

The colouring of the hair in particular is very pro looking :3 and i dont think i have seen a pose like that before either ^^ Great work!

Nice. The colours work particularly well, giving a real underwater atmosphere. Maybe something like bubbles or swirling distortion would have helped, too. Her raised arm looks more realistic than the lowered one (especially the absence of any fingers except the thumb and little finger there at the bottom).
Overall, very nice work.

I love the way her purple top is set off by the teals and blues. The same with her red jewels/ beads/ danglies.
Even though hair like that is terrible to color, it definatly looks magnificent when it's finished.
