Well, usually what I end up doing with my friends is chilling in the library and just talking, going out for a meal or coffee (well, not coffee for me, but you get the point), exploring some place, shopping, or watching movies. So there are those options. And I guess, using that, the time and location will probably fall out, 'cause there are times and locations are are best for those kinds of activities.
