Description
Another one of the forest pokemon, and this is its bug inhabitant. The first stage, Skeeto, is preyed upon by Kiwidi (from the previous set), whose adaptations make it an effective foe, helping control the Skeeto population and prevent them from evolving in the wild, which could easily get out of hand quickly, upsetting the balance of nature.#30-31

While Hemobibe doesn't look like a mosquito so much as a robo-bug (similar to Genesect) or a "complex" (what some would call "robotic") design like Palkia, it still looks excellent. While its blood-syringes are pushing the limits of a natural look, they still look excellent and admittedly wouldn't be recognizable as syringe-like without the measurement stripes.
Hemobibe is unusual in that, despite being (ostensibly) based on a mosquito, its head more resembles a Triceratops.
Skeeto has a pleasant, natural-sounding name and an unusual configuration of limbs in relation to its basis. (If Combee can look as Combee does, that isn't a bad thing.)

cause i am and i had an idea to start a pkmn region with pokemon based on puertorican fauna like,
mosquito, chupacabra, coqui, manati and others... and i see that you already have beat me to two of them

Nope, American. More specifically a European mutt as far as hereditary genes. The world itself is based off of desert and subtropic regions, which is why some of it would feel at home in Puerto Rico, though more specifically my inspirations were New Zealand, Australia, and Africa for the most part (because I have a strong fascination with the wildlife that lives there). This specific one, though, does happen to be S./C. America inspired. For the most part, I tried to stay away from specific species as inspiration, rather more of animal types that live in said climates around the world.

I think it would be better if Hemobibe is a pokemon without preevolution.. Just like Heracross, it's really badass
