A koopa fan character of mine with a pun-based name. Most koopas have fire power, but she's got ice powers through unnatural means. Aquiring them stunted her growth, though. She's actually an adult Koopa, not a koopaling. And yes, her hair can melt if she lets it
so I would only use her in rps during the winter unless there were special circumstances back when the chat I rped in was still around (gone now). She's neutral as far as the Koopa Vs. Mushroom kingdom debates, since she can't really live with the other Koopas in the magma-drenched areas Bowser usually sets up camp in, or even those dinky little anti-Bowser outposts near the mushroom kingdom.She would be property of Elizabeth Wilbanks. Though, Koopas are the creation of Nintendo employee's minds.

She oughta stay in frozen climates, though... since she makes the surrounding area cold up until her hair melts, it'd be really bad for people's gardens.
