sorry it took so long to reply to you. i hardly use social media any more, just upload stuff and forget about it.

i had this commissioned at a dance wear tailoring house call barbie's dance wear here in Makati City, Philippines. The store owner is named Toto, and I met him via a mutual contact. Here is his website [link]

He does good work, I can't complain about the detail of his output. BUT, I stopped going to him since because he's way too busy and could not fit my commissions into his schedule. You could try contacting him. If you do, have him do the costume, then ship it to you and have alterations done by a tailor close to you. It took me several trips to have Toto finish my commissions. So if you live abroad, that would not be possible. The first pass, he should have the costume complete, but it will need alterations to perfectly fit you.
