I know, I know. WHAT IS WITH ALL OF THIS AVATAR STUFF!!??? Sorry, but this was a submission for a contest, and I am just into Avatar right now! Don't hurt me please! >_<Anyway, this picture started out as a complete joke. I mentioned to one of my friends that Aang and Zuko should just forget the bending battle and play a game of Risk and whoever wins... well, wins.
I would love to hear the thoughts of some of them. That would be quite hilarious. And poor Aang, probably isn't fair that Zuko has his uncle to help him.
I really like how the shading on this turned out. But MAN, it loved to smear! That was a pain in the butt. And the other thing that I am so proud of is the fact that I didn't have to use any references! Go me!
Also, I made up an Avatar version of Risk. They should actually make one. That would be kinda cool.Characters © Nickelodeon

Risk seems to be that way. Granted, I am a pacifist and so it doesn't bother me as much but I know some people who are very competitive and could do stuff like that. It hasn't ever come to it cause I stop it.

I use the same tactic I always have XD Start with Japan (or take it first) and replace my risk piece with a goku miniature action figure. Lil goku. With the tail. WORKS EVERY TIME ^O^ (No joke, my kid-Goku on his cloud held an epic last stand of being my last troop against every surrounding land. My brother threw over 30 troops from ONE area at Japan, and I kept rolling 6 lololol)

Heheh...I had that idea too. I was telling my little sister that Aang and Zuko's Dad should forget fighting and just play Risk (tm) for the world.

Both Zuko and Katara's heads seem to be on strange angles, but other than that, this is alright! I like the shading and the drawings at the very top. Lovely.

Yeah, I do agree with ya on the heads, but I can't really redo it without destroying the rest and all of that fun stuff. That is the problem with traditional work. I could redo the whole thing but it probably wouldn't come out as cool.

LoL...the funny thing is I can TOTALLY picture these characters playing this game...and I can picture Zuko cheating.
I HATE the game, though. I've only played it a couple times...maybe I'm just a poor sport...but I had almost all of Asia...then I lost EVERYTHING. Just not my game.
