Anthony Edward Stark was born into a Life that most Men can only Dream about. Son of Billionaire Inventor and Businessman Howard Stark. Tony was born into Extreme Wealth and Privelige, and his Father tried to instill a Hard-Work Ethic in his young Son, but Tony never seemed to grasp it. Instead, as he grew older, He surrounded Himself by Fast Cars, Fine Food and the most Beautiful Women in the World. When Tony Stark took over his Fathers Corperation, Stark Industries, he took advantage of a Business deal with Light Robotics, and outfitted Dr. Jarvis Lights " Civil Joe " into a More military-Oriented Model, calling it the " Sniper Joe ", and putting it right into Mass Production. Dr. Light was Furious, and Vowed never to work with Anthony Stark, or his Company Again. Tony, However, didn't seem to care because the Sniper Joe was a huge financial success, being ordered in numbers of over 10,000 robots at a time, creating one of the biggest business booms and profit Margins in the History of Stark Industries.

As Tony Stark Flourished in his newfound success, the Psycho Skull took notice. He desired to take all of Starks Research and Development, The Psycho Skull hired an assassin, Gen, also known as the Mandarin, to infiltrate Stark Industries and to Kill Tony Stark. The Mandarin attempted to do just that. He snuck into Stark's Tower, and used his Ten Magic Rings to blow a whole in Tony Starks chest so big it should have Killed him. As Tony Stark slipped in and out of Consciousness, he overheard parts of the Mandarin's and Psycho Skulls plans, as a secret force of Ninja theives crept out from the Shadows and began to Steal Starks weapon plans from his Very computer Network. Tony overheard the Mandarin talk about Dropping a Nuke on Washington, before he finally passed out. The Next minute, Stark awakens in an Ambulance, barely alive, before passing out again. Tony wakes up in the hospital, attachted to life Support, where he is told that he will probably be on for the rest of his life.
Tony makes a desperate plea to Dr. Jarvis Light. He wants Jarvis to help design a new Life support mechanism, that will give him back his life, as well as he wants Jarvis to work with him on a Special, Secret Project. Jarvis is initially hesitant, but as Tony expresses his new desire to rid the world of the very weapons He has created, Jarvis has a change of Heart, and begins working on a revolutionary new type of Pacemaker, which does give Tony Stark his life back. When Tony announced his new Weapons-Free Policy, and a new Partnership with Light Robotics, Stark-Light Technologies was born, with a new Emphasis on Making the world a better place. In secret, however, Tony Stark Enlisted Dr. Light to help create a powerful Tool and weapon. Dr. Light and Tony Stark worked tirelessly around the Clock to built the secret Weapon known as " The Mega Man Armor ", A powerful suit of Hi-Tech Armor that Tony Stark will use to Clean up the mess he helped make. The " Mega Man Armor " is equipped with a powerful Teleporter that enables it to blink around the World, and it's Composite Armor is Strong Enough to withstang Anti-tank Rounds. It's most Powerful Feature, however, is the Mega Adaptoid Buster Gun. A Powerful, Arm-Mounted Laser Blaster that uses Adaptoid Technology, Pioneered by the terrorist Organization A.I.M., which not only allows the Buster Gun to Shoot powerful Laser Blasts, but replicate and Use any Weapon that Tony Stark Touches with his Left Hand. Using this powerful technology, Tony Stark becomes " Mega Man ", and begins a One-Man Campaign to clean up the mess he made of the world, as well as to Stop the Evils of the World, like Pyscho Skull and the Mandarin.

However, shortly after Mega Man began his Campaign, Dr. Jarvis Light was Kidnapped by the Psycho Skull. Jarvis' Son and Daughter, Rock and Erin, refused to stay idly by and do nothing while their Father was in Danger, and so Mega Man allowed the two to Accompany him to Southeast Asia, and to Rescue their Kidnapped Father from the Clutches of the Psychotic War Criminal.

Mega Man was kind of a Hard one in the Beginning. I originally had the Concept of Tony Stark Building Rock ( the REAL Mega Man ) as a sort of Son to him, and Rock was going to have Iron Man's Red and Gold Color Scheme, with a More tech-Heavy design. Ultimately, I didn't think it was Fair to Shank Tony Stark to the Sidelines, so I intended after that to make Iron Man and Mega Man a more perfect Hybrid, featuring a Blue and Gold Iron Man Suit with all the powers of Both, and called it " Iron-Mega ", But I really didn't like the way it looked, and in all honesty, having Iron Man with Two Repulsor Buster Guns that could copy any weapon he touched, in addition to the Uni-Beam and Different Iron Man Suits just seemed to make him WAAAAAY too powerful, at least I thought so Anyways...So I went with something a little bit Different.

My Brother Andy and I decided to make Iron Man and Mega Man BOTH exist, but in each others place and roles. I chose to work with Mega Man, and he Worked on Iron Man for a little while. I liked the Idea of a More " Tech Heavy " Mega Man, so it was decided that Mega Man's overall design would be Influenced by Iron Man. After Peering Through an ENORMITY of Iron Man Armors, I chose to use one of my Favorite Armors, the Modular Armor from the 90's, but Alter it's design to Include the Addition of an " Iron-Man-Like " Buster Gun on it's Right Arm. I kept Mega Man's Traditional Blue-On-Blue Look, because A: I felt it looked pretty Neat on the Modular Armor in the first place and B: I felt the Armor had to have an Obvious nod to Mega Man, and the Colors of Mega Man with the Design of Iron Man I felt were the Best Balance of both. When plotting what Mega Man could and Could not do, I decided to make the Mega Man Armor behave more like Mega Man and less like Iron Man. The Mega Man Armor can not fly, but it Can Teleport. It doesn't have Repulsors in each Hand, but it has a large Blaster than can fire powerful plasma rounds, charge and Stock even stronger Shots, and using Sensors in it's left hand, it can Adapt and Copy, and therefor utilize any weapon it Touches.

Also, Since we ( My brother and I ) Decided that Mega Man and Iron Man would be separate, yet amalgamized Characters, they were developed at the same time. We also decided that the two Stories of Iron Man and Mega Man should be tied together. My Brother and I felt like an obvious place to begin was to have Both Characters businessmen, who attempt a Partnership, but something goes wrong. Anyone who's Familiar with the Old Mega Man Enemy Sniper Joe knows pretty much where we went from here. In the Mega Man Canon, The Sniper Joe was Dr. Lights First, and only Real Military designed Robot, to which he was quite dissatisfied with. In our new Amalgam, Dr. Light made a Similar " Civil Joe " Robot, meant to help Humans in their Daily Lives, and Tony Stark approved a Partnership with Dr. Lights Company solely to market them as a Military Machine. This Produces an Obvious dislike and distrust between both men, which also sets the Stage for Tony Starks Redemption after the Mandarin's attempt on his life. Initially, When Tony Asks Dr. Light for help in the Mega Man Project, Dr. Light refuses, but begrudgingly complies, if for no other reason than Tony is finally starting to clean up his act. As time goes on, Dr. Light begins to see the real Change in Tony Stark, and becomes much more supporting towards him.

My Brother and I also felt that since Tony Stark and Dr. Light are Highly interwoven, that Iron Man's story should also be highly interwoven to him. Mega Man, Iron Man and The Machine Girl all share the same story, with slight variations. All three are out to save Dr. Light, but Mega Man not only wants to save Jarvis, but Stop the Mad Psycho Skull and the Mandarin in the Process. Also, just on a Goofy Note, the heavily-intertwined nature of Iron Man and Mega Man can be seen in most of their villains, which are mostly Combinations of Iron Man Rogues and Mega Man Robot Masters, such as Metal Whirlwind and Ice Blizzard, among others.
