Cool shot, man. I love silhouette shots.

I never really carry my camera around so I never get anything done with it.

when the sun goes down...

Oooh! Oooh! I know the answer to this one!

It gets dark!

You see, I'm not all that stupid. I can play the riddler game with the best of them.

A very impressive shot. I'm a sucker for silhouettes (but not a sucker enough where I don't have to go to answers.com to see how it's spelled!). I see your sharpened it a bit as well (looking at the 20 or so years of hard work -- aka: facial hair). -- nice touch.

Really smooth ... I also decided to make use of my brightness controls on my monitor to see how much of that darkness I could push out. I see a stripe W in the reflection of your glasses. The environment is captured nicely as well. stylish stuff

Those sunglasses make the piece at least three-fold better.

Excellent.

The over the top sharpening of the image is extremely effective for some reason, I guess it just pushes out the highlights. I like the contrast between the bold colours at the focus and the softer, more subtle colours as the image pans out to the edges. There's just enough detail showing on your face to make the almost silhouette more interesting than it could have been. The area that drew my attention most was the top central area with the hair and the reflection in the sunglasses... it just stands out so much. Typo is quite nice too.

a really gorgeous sunset. I'm sure beautiful scenes like this are nothing to places like Australia.

it's funny because there is an exchange student from australia living in my residence hall and he often tells me that he gets homesick. I could imagine why, since washington dc doesn't even compete.

heh, I wake up every morning hoping to see at least one palm tree
