Trying some stuff out for Round 4... turned into a wallpaper. Different shading techniques and stuff. It's too time consuming to do for the whole comic though. Which is too bad, because it looks sweet. Well, enjoy the wallpaper!

I really like this one. I think this style suits you best and its a good choice with Mikkas face. I like the angle.

I do too. It looks like you've got your act together. When an artists stats making intentional concious decisions, the viewer will start to get what the artist is communicating. Its working, keep it up.

something I just noticed: her biceps are WAY tiny. maybe just your art style, but people who use swords tend to have decent-sized biceps, and hers don't even seem to be normal non-sword-wielding-people sized, especially compared to her impressive deltoids and forearms.
the outlines on her gear are also a little thick. leaving them thick around HER outline is ok, but keeping them thick when they move inside her outline makes all the excellent shading you did on her kind of fade out to nothing by comparison. this is seen most in the area of her belt.
other than that, SO KICKASS. excellent perspective and shading, and I love the tint that makes it seem like sunset. her expression is positively battle-charged, and the white bars at the top and bottom in the background make it seem like she's jumping right out of the screen!
