Description I haven't posted a drawn pic in a while so here's a sketch I did.

This is El Drago, a movie-only character from One Piece and main antagonist of One Piece: The Movie. He's my DeviantArt namesake.

His name might be a reference to the IRL privateer Francis Drake who was known by the Spaniards as "El Draco" ("The Dragon"). He was also designed by Eiichiro Oda himself. He's a pirate captain who's searching for the hidden treasure of Woonan, a famous pirate from years ago, but he's pissed off to find that the treasure was friendship. Naturally Luffy fights him and manages to beat him, sending him flying off of the island with his Gum-Gum Bazooka. His bounty is (seemingly) 10 million beli and the name on his wanted poster is spelt "ELDORAGGO", even though in Japanese it's spelt "エルドラゴ" (Erudorago), oh well.

His main character trait, besides being a cruel and ruthless pirate, is that he has a borderline fetishistic obsession with gold, to the point where he leaves behind any treasure that isn't gold; gemstones, jewelery, money, all of it is worthless to him. He even rubs it against his cheek Mr. Krabs style. He's basically the anime equivalent of Goldmember from Austin Powers in Goldmember except I don't think he's had his own penis smelted into gold.

This guy would've LOVED to meet Gild Tesoro.

He also has the power of the Scream-Scream Fruit (ゴエゴエの実 Goe Goe no Mi, "Goe" is from "Koe" (声) meaning "Voice"), a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that allows him to fire destructive blue-colored beams from his mouth by screaming/shouting (maybe they're sound waves that take the form of a beam?), he apparently has to do vocal exercises to make them more effective. When he's preparing to fire, his body emits a yellow aura that looks suspiciously like those from a certain other Shonen Jump series, especially when he's using his full power. The beams can be deflected since Luffy was able to catch one with his Gum-Gum Balloon.

He also wears gold armour, which is probably an alloy since gold is a "soft" metal. Or maybe it is pure gold, it would explain why Luffy was able to shatter it so easily during their fight, although Luffy is physically super strong due to training himself up for 10 years to be a pirate as well as the training Garp put him through. He can also use his gold nails like claw weapons.
