In PPP, stories involving the Superhero Guild are known as "The Heroic Age." One of the characteristics of the Universe of this Fic, Earth 17-P, is the coexistence of the Two largest Hero Guilds: "The Gods Among Us (DC)" and "The Marvels (Marvel)". But the important thing is that in Federal City, the emergence of a new generation of heroes begins, who in addition to seeking to forge their own legend, will depend on them to give light and life to the legacy that their mentors and predecessors have left them, consolidating them not only into great heroes, but also into Legends.

One of them is the return of someone who, more than because of his clumsiness or naivety, earned the affection of his native country due to his enormous nobility and courage, despite looking like a scared cat: El Chapulin Colorado. Rinni Golden, a Renamon Kizoku, takes up the mantle after decades of absence from the Screeching Chipote, but will now carry the mantle on a larger scale, with her now being comparable to the "Man of Steel" and the "Sentinel of Freedom" that the northern neighbors of the now adopted country for the girl. These two aforementioned, rather than seeming like a prejudiced enemy, will give him tools and mentoring to forge her legend, to such a degree that the Starry will allow him to have a weapon to protect, not attack: A Shield, like her Heart .

Una de las características del Universo de este Fic, la Tierra 17-P, es la coexistencia de los Dos gremios más grandes de Héroes: "Los Dioses Entre Nosotros (DC)" y "Las Maravillas (Marvel)". Pero lo importante es que en Federal City, se da el inicio del surgir de una nueva generación de héroes, que además de buscar forjar su propia leyenda, en ellos dependerá el dar luz y vida al legado que sus mentores y predecesores les han dejado, consolidándolos no solo en grandes héroes, si no en Leyendas.

Una de ellas es el retorno de alguien que, más que por su torpeza he ingenuidad, se ganó el cariño de su país natal debido a su enorme nobleza y valor, a pesar de parecer un gato asustadizo: El Chapulin Colorado. Rinni Golden, una Renamon Kizoku, toma el manto tras decadas de ausencia del Chipote Chillón, pero ahora llevará el manto a una escala más grande, siendo ella ahora comparable al "Hombre de Acero" y el "Sentinela de la Libertad" que tienen los vecinos del norte de la ahora para la chica, país adoptivo. Estos dos antes mencionado, más que parecer un enemigo prejuicioso, le darán herramientas y mentoría para que forje su leyenda, a tal grado que el Estrellado le permitirá tener un arma para proteger, no atacar: Un Escudo, como su Corazón.
