Why don't you put your "second versions" on your profile as well, like the not so NSFW version for this, and the NSFW versions of ending the struggle and such? i'm just wondering because it would be great to have those on dev-art as well!....plus, doing two versions Β requires quite a bit more work, and each one is respectively its own piece of art.Β

Just a personal thing. I'm not a fan of having two different versions of the same picture in the same place. It feels like I'm just spamming when I do that. They are the same picture for the most part, so they should both get the same post. so of course, I link the NSFW one, because not everyone in the world wants that to be the first thing they see. So instead, I give them the option to look at it if they want. Might just be me, but I think its a fair reason.
