Concept for Sonic prime's si-fi Au version of Cosmo.Like Nine, she has a lot of personality traits that are the direct opposite of her base counterpart including:
Seeking glory through combat
Stronger and far more acrobatic
Mockingly sarcastic
No regard for stealth
In spite of these differences, she is still a hero, and believes those who prey on people who can't defend themselves are vile cowards. Likes to playfully tease Nine that he has a crush on her which he (poorly) denies even though she also secretly has feelings for him.
Top left is a bag of utilities, top left is a mask she'd uses to (not) conceal her identity. (It dose modulate her voice though.)
Bottum left is her main weapon in action: Energy blasts she can fire from her gloves and bottom right is a personal assistant bot that can also act as a laser turret.
People call her Bright for short. (Not to be confused with Dr. Bright from the SCP mythos.)
