I colored this cover for "Sonic Universe" #88, the Sonic the Hedgehog 3 variant. I had the idea to color this in the style of the retro 90s Sonic with the airbrushing, and my editor was all for it! I'm happy with how it turned out! This was also something very therapeutic for me to work on, since during the time I was coloring it, my grandfather (who was also an artist), passed away. He was always very supportive of my art. I guess it's my own personal ode to him =]Pencils by Diana Skelly and Inks by Rick Bryant.
