A sketch card of Lady Sif from Norse Mythology that I drew for our Classic Mythology trading card set.

Norse Mythology - Sif was a goddess associated with earth and grain in Norse Mythology. Sif was the wife of the god Thor and was known for her golden hair. Sif once had her hair cut off by Loki, and that Thor forced Loki to have the dwarfs create a golden headpiece made for Sif, resulting in not only Sif's golden tresses but also five other objects for other gods (the dwarfs produced Odin's spear Gungnir, the ship Skidbladnir or Skithblathnir, the boar Gullinbursti for Freyr, the multiplying ring Draupnir for Odin, and the mighty hammer Mjöllnir for Thor. By Her first marriage to the Giant Orvandil, Sif had a son named Ullr/Ull ("the Magnificent"), who is a bow-god and god of winter and skiing. By Her second husband Thor, She had a daughter, Þrúðr/Thrudr/Thrud ("Might"), a Goddess of storm and clouds and one of the Valkyries.

This set will focus on 6 timeless Classic Mythologies that we have all come to love and enjoy during our lifetime. The mythologies spotlighted in this set are Greek, Norse, Egyptian, Celtic, Japanese and Hindu. We have an impressive list of artists involved on this set working on both base/promo cards and sketch cards.
