Spooky, yet cool. I'm a massive Gardevoir fan so I love this! Also like the slightly modified evolution method. Really helps sell the fact it's a regional variant.
(And I almost only catch female Ralts anyway so)

all jokes aside this is awesome. your use of shapes is phenomenal and always brings something new to the table. the colors work well together and give her a lot of personality. and the unusal shape of the feet strangely work in her favor; similarly changing the hair from short to long could have comed up as a cliche easily but you just know how to make things work. i did not expect less from you ...!

this gardevoir is based off this thing 3.bp.blogspot.com/-4OaxXgz2xAA… so i was pretty worried about the legs and feet since in the original design gardevoir is seen as an elegant pokémon, and because of that, changing it's features to make it less elegant and making it more scary/nasty-looking was quite challenging (^:
