This is for the awesomeness that is , w00p!I've been working on it on and off for a while now. Ever since I'd seen her latest drawing of her Gen, Astrima (That's when I got all inspired and wanted to draw her!). So because I'd been workign on it, then stopping, then going back to it, and stopping, etc., some of it's colors look all weird and differently stroked, which is kinda bad, but I tried to not get lazy, so I'm alright with it I 'spose.
(Oh yah, today my mom, sister and I had gotten a new baby kitty, our first one. ^________^)

Ooooooooh, nice work. I love the colour and the dream-likeness of it all. I don't much notice that you mentioned about the colours and strokes looking different, but maybe it's 'cause the screen is a bit far away, heh

It's all white with blue/green eyes, and very tiiiiny and fluffy, and it lied down beside of me when I went to fake sleep, and started napping, awwww.

If you want your little one to be very happy to be held and loving of kisses start now, and don't give up on it.
So many people are amazed at how people friendly our babies are.
It's because of just that. I treat them as if they were babies and not cats. They get constantly held, fall alseep in my lap, constantly kissed, and played with. ^_^
Also, start her/him now with a leash if you want the baby to enjoy having a leash.
Take them outside while it's attached and let them explore or whatever while they feel the leash on them.
The kitty won't let you do it once they're older.
They'll flop over and kinda moan. lol
And be careful of breakaway collars; those things don't last very long.
I tend to look for the standard collars. Unless the cat is going to be an outdoor cat, which I frown upon greatly, don't buy breakaways.

Oh yes! You're in the know when it comes to raising kitties, I had you in my mind whenever I looked at her, wondering what's the best ways to raise her now so she'll be nice when she gets older.
We don't have a leash yet tho. I do think that she's comfortable-ish with us. She falls asleep on or near me if I lie down with her.
Haar, she's not going to be an outdoors cat when she gets older. We have stupid neighbors, their roaming dogs, and a busyish street in front of the house.

Introduce her to that, show her how to use it by imitating the noises on it yourself, and gently drag her nails down it.
If she should try to scratch the furniture, spray her with water, and say a firm no. It's not an instant success, though.
Same with the litterbox, if she's not already trained.
Put her in it, and scratch at the litter with your hand. She'll hear the noises and more often than not her natural potty instincts should tell her it's function. Do that for a little while, and keep placing her in it if she walks away.
She'll probably not go right then and there, but let's hope she remembers when the time comes. ;3

She went litterbox potty this morning, all by herself. xD She's a smart li'l flufffluff, yesh she ish.
Okay, scratching post, gotta get one. Went to get some flea powder stuff for her this morning, we saw soem kinda scratching thing for cats, but we'll probably get that later cuz we were gonna get her a bed later, too.
And I prefer to resort to non-violence, you big meany butt!

Spraying her with water is the gentlest way of telling her she's been bad. I am not being mean.
Almost everyone who knows what they are doing will agree with me. A quick spritz and a no. Soon they'll associate that no means, "Oh wait. I am not supposed to do this."
How is it mean? I think it's a better alternative to scaring the hell out of them with a loud noise.
This is a real live cat, and not a doll. The first few weeks she is with you, and she sees what she can get away with by testing her limits leaves a lasting impression.
