Description KatiBu had done this lineart of Hitomi from DOA, not me. o_o
Critique the coloring if you will, but the lineart needs no such thing because:
A) I didn't do it
B) It's perfect...!
I colored it because it looked like it'd be fun, and it was!

Wooow, smooth coloring there! That is sooo snazzy. To me, recolors are so hard to stand out with... it's a lot more than slopping shades on a page Color defines a picture more than people realize And really... I think your work here is excellent and definitely adds something new and delightful to this already lovely lineart It's smooth, painter-ish, gives her character and form. Just beautiful and an excellent job!

Kick ass lineart. O.o No wonder you decided to ste--er...borrow! and color it! It turned out marvelously. With your color, ANY piece could be a mater...piece. >3<

But there's one thing bothering me a little....it's how her nose is shaded. O.< I think compared to the rest of the image...with how it's all shaded....that the nose's shading could be lessened. I'm thinking more light on the cheek-to-nose bridge (thing) transition. Eh...could just be me, though. Looks fine, nonetheless!

Haha! Yah.. with the nose, I didn't know what I was gonna do there. I had two different ideas and this was the one I ran with. The cheek-to-nose bridge thing was like, confusing... I didn't know what to do there with the color. xD More light woulda prolly made sense tho, yes.

That's some nice coloring, bro . However I think there may be a few odd spots? I thjink it's a bit strange that there's highlights on her breasts but not anywhere else in her body. Maybe a bit highlight on her shoulders and cheek would make the pic look a bit less flat on those places (it's ont that flat but it contrasts with the highlight on the breast area) As for the rest looks real good. A bit of change in style maybe? I'm quite amused by the texture on the ball. It looks so realistic.

HAHA! You noticed the skin's offness. I noticed it for myself too, actually! When I tried to make the lighting more precise, it ended up looking like... I dunno, I didn't like it. So I just left the lighting on her chest all bright cuz I actually liked it, haha. BUT, I was aware of that which you pointed out, thanks bro!

Her eye is like...it's like looking into a cat's eye. It's so deep and full of golden color~ Kinda funny, cause her nose reminds me of a cat's nose. She's all kitty-like~

Oooh. You are finding that coloring takes a long time for you? Keep on practicing, Crackles. It takes me a long time too, actually, unless I grind at it or simplify things like I did in this piccy. But with practice, you'll find ways of getting faster and to cut corners effectively, I believe.
