Description This is an illustration of Uinen, Maia of the Sea from "The Silmarillion". She was supposed to have hair long enough to spread all over the oceans, but I didn't want her to turn into a huge hairball so I just gave her a Marge Simpson (long, but not spread) hairstyle.
The blue-haired guy is Osse, who causes stormy seas, shipwrecks and tidal waves apparently. This was drawn back in summer 2006, so it's pretty old. There's a quote for it, but I'd prefer that you read "The Silmarillion" instead. Pen and pencil used.
