Description
Ok so yes, looking at the fact that today is Ukraine's Independence Day, I decided that I would make a Countryballs-style map of Ukrainian oblasts (although it was yesterday that I started doing this, but only so that I would have less to do today). If anyone is interested in my decisions about some of the oblasts, I invite you to read the rest of the description.

1) The oblasts Cherkassy, Chernivtsi and Odessa are shown, let's call it "Chilean style" due to their shape
2) Kharkiv, Kherson, Luhansk and Zaporizhzhya regions are shown as they are, due to the Russian-Ukrainian war, for the same reason their Russian-controlled parts (except Kharkov) are shown, and because of what the flags of Ukraine and Russia are shown
3) Crimea and Sevastopol are shown with chains, because-although why am I saying this, it's rather obvious, but if someone by some miracle doesn't know, it's about the 2014 annexation of the Crimean peninsula by rather well-known whom

And just a little note: yes I know that some oblasts have flags pasted in (see Vinnytsia oblast Vinnytsia oblast) because I didn't want to draw them by hand
