Same; though, for me, it goes for all the Direct. I greatly expected a remake of Kirby's Epic YarnΒ (my all-time favorite besides Kirby Air Ride), and what took out my excitement was that it's for 3DS. (that won't take out my wishes to see Prince Fluff in Star Allies)
Besides, I don't think I understood the Splatoon 2 Version 4 trailer...
Also... many games that don't look promising made their appearance (except Diablo III, despite I'm still 15 and can't get it myself). Yoshi's Crafted World looks... okay, to me. Out of all the Yoshi games, I only played Island DS, yet I... didn't advance much.
I don't blame any of the people that asked for Isabelle -and their dream came true!-, but I expected something... more exciting. For your case, it might have been Bandana Waddle Dee (I respect that, since he ended 2nd in that poll), and for my case... is it obvious if I say Spring Man?
