How odd. It looks...weird. I don't know. This reminds me of a creepy doll I had when I was a kid. I threw it in the closet and never opened the door because it scared me so much. Yeah...

Hah, any reason why you think it looks so freaky?

Probably just the streaky/stringy brush strokes. That doll had that weird thick paint look going on with the yarn hair. The pic reminds me of that.

I think you did a great job of blocking in the colors. From far away, everything falls into the right place, and up close, you can see the brush strokes. Very nicely done!
Her anatomy looks decent, she's a very beautiful person, nicely captured position as well.
For shadow colors, like where her right leg bends and under her left armpit, don't just put in a dark line. All shading are gradual, even the sharpest of shades, so you might want to add in a bit of cooler colors there, to show the gradual shadows and to show the shape of the calf and how it bends.
She doesn't look cross eyed at all, the only thing I could suggest there is to add darker shading around her nose to make it pop out. Think of shading like molding clay, a nose needs to be quite a ways out of the face.
Her hair looks a bit clumpy...what many people do in painting realistic hair is to take a a broad brush, filling in the base color with a lower opacity. Then switch to a 1 or 2 pixel brush, roughly pick a highlight color, the base color, and a shadow color, and draw each strand accordingly. After the first messy layer of hair, smudge and blur in the direction of the hair, then repeat. It's better to "hint" at the detail (which the smudge does, it blurs the background hair but still shows it) and build it up to a realistc point.
Very lovely drawing, you are definitely good at digital painting. Keep up the good work!

Hmm, I saved over her old face, but I changed the hair. Does this one look ok, or is the face too weird looking? [link]

Thanks, hmm, I always have trouble making hair partings show up right.
