I am working about 3 sketches at the moment. As with most of my sketches, this started with no real plan. I drew the back and bum are and then the folds of the dress. Then I drew a the upper body and decided to make her a fairy. It started looking more like something holding her wings up, so I added the hands. But, then her waist angle didn't make much sense, so I added in a jar to answer why her waist was bent like that.
